Mango Popsicle

Popsicle time is here!

4 mangos
1/4 cup soft coconut oil
2 tbsp honey

blend. put in Popsicle trays. Eat when frozen.

You can do any fruit you want. When I use berries I add spirulina or blue green alge to it. It hides the green color better.

  2. Excellent idea!!! By the way Em....I'm seriously in need of more raw treat ideas. And wondering if you would mind posting instructions for the dehydrated crackers you told me about? And anything else you've got up your tricky little sleeve? ;)
