1 1/2 almonds
3/4 cup dates
1 tbsp of honey or agave
pinch of salt
Put in food processor until well mixed.
Roll into little balls.
Rolls balls in finely shredded coconut (unsweetened).
Eat!
You can put them in the fridge if you want.

Made these and your raw chocolate chip cookies tonight Em! Proving to my husband that he can eat healthy AND tasty at the same time. :) He especially liked the chocolate chip ones.
