Eat to Live up date

I have now lost 19lbs = I weigh 147lbs. I feel so good. Just over a week ago I ate a little bit of chicken and it took about three days for me to feel better. I felt so heavy and bloated. Weird! My body just does it want it any more.

Whitney,

Ahslee told me you are doing the Eat to Live program? How do you like it? You and I need to talk over the phone some time. I will email you my number. I would love to hear how you are enjoying it.

Love,

Emily

  4. Emily, question for my husband...he was wondering if you've been doing any extra sort of exercising, or if you feel that the eating has been doing the majority of the weight loss?

  5. I do exercise. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and I teach dance once a week for 3 1/2 hours. Plus running after two kids. I believe that if you eat this way with mild or no exercise you will still see results. However, I feel that exercise is so important no matter your body size. Your body needs to experience it to be healthy.

    Good luck!

  8. Once again, I am a year late on this discussion, but I started this lifestyle 2 months into my pregnancy, and although I can't tell you how much weight I've lost, I am 18 weeks in (almost half way!) and I weight one pound less than when I became pregnant in the first place.

I'm eating this way for health, but the weight loss is sure a great side effect!

  9. Has Cory lost weight too? And I must say... I didn't think you had ANY weight to lose miss Ballerina Pants. (but I will be happy for you anyway!)

  10. Cory is not a good representation of the diet. He's been so sick that in one 9 day span in February, he lost 10 pounds. Some of it's illness some of it's diet.

I definitely did have weight to lose. Once you stop dancing 8 hours a day at such a high level and don't change your eating habits, there's bound to be some weight gain. But I hope this time it won't take me 14 months to lose the weight post pregnancy like last time!
